Dallas Bean
Founder of Bean Counseling, LCSW
Ask yourself, ‘If I could re-live the life I’ve been living, for eternity, would I?’ (I’m serious. Take this moment to pause and really think about that…). If your answer to that is ‘no’, it’s time to make a change. Every day that you continue to suffer, be it from trauma, crippling anxiety, depression, or addiction, is time lost- you don’t get it back. Don’t put it off another day. Life is too short. I’m confident that, together, we can get you back to feeling hopeful and excited about life again.
Approaches To Therapy
Dallas uses an eclectic approach to therapy which means he draws from an array of therapeutic modalities – selecting the ones best suited for the problems you want to address and the one’s you respond to best. Dallas uses a Person-Centered approach to therapy, which means he gives you the freedom to choose the focus of your therapy from week to week. He will encourage and support you with objective feedback and suggestions, as well as guide the therapeutic process without interfering with your process of self-discovery. He’ll serve as a compassionate, nonjudgmental facilitator.
