Sharisa Masterson

Therapist, MFT

Real connection starts with being truly heard, and I a love helping individuals, couples, and families build such meaningful connections while navigating life’s challenges. Therapy with me is a collaborative, judgment-free space where we explore how your relationships and unique story shape your well-being.

Using a systems-based approach rooted in Marriage and Family Therapy, I tailor our work to your goals. Drawing on my background as an MFT, a military spouse, and an adaptable problem-solver, I bring creativity, warmth, and practical strategies to every session. Together, we can foster genuine growth.

I help children, adults, couples, and families navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and difficult emotions from a systemic view. I use a compassionate and collaborative approach to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful change.

Life can feel overwhelming when you’re trying to manage your emotions, relationships, responsibilities, or unexpected changes. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward the life you want.

Approaches To Therapy

With a background in Marriage and Family Therapy and a systems-based approach, I look at how your relationships, environments, and unique life story influence who you are. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. Whether I am drawing on my MFT training, my perspective as a military spouse who has lived in diverse communities, or even lessons in adaptability from my love of motorcycles and fast vehicles, I bring creativity, curiosity, and flexibility to our work..
