Rachel Waddell also uses an eclectic approach to therapy which means she draws from an array of therapeutic modalities – selecting the ones best suited for the problems you want to address and the one’s you respond to best. Rachel uses a Person-Centered approach to therapy, which means she gives you the freedom to choose the focus of your therapy from week to week. She will encourage and support you with objective feedback and suggestions, as well as guide the therapeutic process without interfering with your process of self-discovery. She’ll serve as a compassionate, nonjudgmental facilitator.
